Thai Pandan Leaf Chicken

Thai Pandan Leaf Chicken

Ingredients:-

Chicken thighs (Cut into bite sizes)

Pandan Leaves

Marinate:-

1 egg

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

a dash of pepper

6 tbsp coconut milk or condense milk

2 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp fish sauce

Method:-

1) Marinate the chicken overnight

2) Put in about 3 pcs of chicken into the the pandan leaf and fold. Secure it with toothpick.

3) Deep fry for abt 3 mins.
