Chocolate Molten Lave Cake

Chocolate Molten Lava Cake

Ingredients:-

2 large eggs

1 egg yolk

4 tbsp sugar

5 tbsp butter

1 bar chocolate (3.5 to 4 oz)

2 tbsp chocolate powder

3 tbsp flour

Method:-

1) Melt the chocolate bar and the butter in the microwave for 1 min.

2) Whisk the eggs and sugar

3) Add in the melted chocolate and whisk again

4) Shift in the flour and the coco powder and fold in.

5) Used a spoon and placed the batter into a glazed ramekins bowl

6) Placed in fridge to chill completely. Make sure no bubbles on the top

7) Using a water bath method, preheat oven to 425F and baked for 15mins

8) Let it stand cool for 15mins and top with icy sugar or inverted upside down to eat.
