Baked Char Siew
This one is very simple. Im using the Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce.
Simply just follow the instructions behind the bottle.
Choose the pork that is boneless back ribs with abit of fatty meat would be nice.
Marinate the pork with about 5tbsp of the sauce, 1tbsp of corn flour for 2hrs, best overnight.
Bake at 180degree for 30mins.
**Tips, i will use a fork or toothpick to "poke" gently on the pork after marinating**
