Strawberry Mashmallow Cake
Personally, i like this cake as it not only looks nice, easy to make and most importantly, it taste nice too.
Ingredients
Base - 200g digestive biscuits
Base - 200g digestive biscuits
- 80g melted butter
Crushed the digestive biscuits together with the butter and lay on a tray. Put in the fridge for later use.
Mashmallow Fillings
- 150g mashmallow
- 300ml full cream milk
- 200ml wipped cream
- 2tsp gelatine powder
Put all the ingredients into a pot. Boil over small fire until gelatine is dissolve.
JellO Toppings - 1 packet of Raspberry/Strawberry Jello.
Boil till the Jello dissolve. (Follow the instructions behind the box)
A packet of fresh/frozen strawberry, sliced.
Method:-
1) Pour mashmallow fillings over the biskits base. Put in freezer until slighly harden but not totally frozen.
2) Take out and arrange sliced strawberry on top. Put back in the freezer to harden a little.
3) Take out and pour the Jello over. Put back in freezer and later normal fridge.
4) Cut and served.
