Butter Cake




A very simple to do Butter Cake.


Ingredients:-


250g butter


200g caster sugar


6 large eggs


1tsp vanilla essense


300g self rising flour


1/2 to 3/4 cup evaporated milk


Method:-


1) Preheat oven to 160 degree


2) Beat the butter with sugar till white and fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time and mix well.


3) Add in vanilla essence and evaporated milk and mix well.


4) Fold in shifted flour and mix well.


5) Pour mixture into a greased cake tray and bake for abt an hr.
