Steamed Minced Pork with Salted Fish

Ingredients:-

300g minced pork

30g salted fish

20g dry salted fish

Chili padi (seeded and sliced)

Green spring onion (chopped)

Seasonings:-

3 tbsp water

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp sugar

1 tsp oyster sauce

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp chicken stock granules

2 tsp cornflour

Method:-

1) Mixed minced meat with all the seasonings until well mixed.

2) Placed the minced meat in a plate and sprinkled salted fish, chili and spring oion on top

3) Steam over high heat for abt 20mins or until cooked.
