Shrimp Paste Chicken

Shrimp Paste Chicken

Ingredients:-

Chicken Wings

1 egg white

200g tapioca flour

Marinate:-

2 tbsp fine shrimp paste

1 tbsp seseame oil

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tbsp hua tiao wine

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp corn flour

Method:-

1) Marinate the chicken wings evenly and fridge overnight or at least 2hrs

2) Add egg white and mix till well combine

3) Coat the chicken wings with tapioca flour

4) Fry till golden brown.
