Wu Xiang

Wu Xiang

Ingredients:-

Beancurd Skins

300g Minced Meat

8 Prawns (de-shell)

Onions (chopped)

Seasonings:-

2 tbsp Wu Xiang Powder

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp hao tiao wine

a dash of pepper

Method:-

1) Marinate the minced meat with the above seasonings for 2 hrs

2) Wrap the minced meat with the beancurd skin.

3) Pan fry until cooked or the skin turn golden brown

4) Dish out, cut and serve
