Century Egg Cold Tofu







Century Egg Cold ToFu


Well, basically this is a cold Jap dish.


Warning: Those who likes it, will love it. Those who dislike it, will hated it.


This is because the whole dish consist only of the tofu and century egg.


Those dislike the smell of century egg or texture of tofu, can forget abt this dish.


Ingredients:-


1 soft tofu


5 century eggs


sukiyaki sauce (a kind of Jap light soy sauce)


Method:-


1) Place the whole piece of tofu on a plate


2) Separate the egg yolk and white from the century egg.


3) Add in abt 1/2cup of sukiyaki sauce and blend together with the egg yolk in the blending machine.


4) Pour the sauce over the tofu.


5) Chopped the egg white and sprinkle it over the top of tofu.
